Failed Delivery

If no one is available to receive the item during the agreed-upon schedule, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Inspection

BEFORE signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the package for any visible damage, dents, or signs of tampering.

Included Installation

Installation is generally included or available for an additional fee for the following items:
  • Air Conditioners: Mounting and basic piping connection.
  • Washing Machines: Connecting water inlet/outlet hoses.
  • Furniture Assembly: Basic assembly of items like Sofas, Bed Frames, or Cabinets.
  • What You Need to Prepare

    To ensure a quick and successful installation, please prepare the following:
  • Clear Path: Ensure the pathway to the final placement area (hallways, doors, stairs) is clear of obstacles.
  • Utility Access: Ensure necessary and functional electrical outlets, water lines, and drainage are ready at the installation site.
  • Area Clearance: The installation area must be clear and ready for the new item.
  • Services NOT Included

    Our installation service is standard and DOES NOT cover:
  • Major electrical wiring or circuit breaker modifications.
  • Carpentry work, cutting, or drilling of structural elements.
  • Any non-standard mounting or structural modification of your home.
  • Delivery and Installation Fees

    Fees vary based on the item, service required, and delivery location.

    Standard Delivery Fee

    Installation Fee

    Out-of-Area Surcharge

    Deliveries to remote or provincial areas outside our standard service zones may incur an additional surcharge.
